She completed a residency in Community and Ambulatory Care at the University of Washington & Providence Health and Services. Shannon is board-certified in Ambulatory Care Pharmacotherapy and holds additional certifications in Immunizations and Geriatric Health Screening. She joined Billings Clinic in 2013.
