Module 1: Visit to the Great Mother Bear’s Cave

Become a Shamanic Lucid Dreamer in Module 2
How can one develop shamanic lucid dreaming? You are conscious when you first wake up and remain so.
You simply need three things to do this: a clear goal, a picture that may act as a gateway, and a method for focusing the mind and providing energy for the voyage. In the liminal state of consciousness known as hypnagogia, which is the transition between sleep and waking, all these phenomena can emerge organically. Any one of the pictures that rise and fall in your thoughts might open the door to a conscious dream trip.

Only then can we select and act in a creative manner.
