This will help interpret the family message in your subconscious, understand your rules and values, your perceived role in the family, and much more

You’ll Learn To Reparent Yourself And Silence the Inner Critic

With the foundation of understanding laid out for you, we’re going to get our hands dirty and re-parent ourselves.

To ease up expectations, to live a more authentic and happy life, and to live more freely and in tune with your heart.

But more importantly, we’ll work to over-ride your negative inner voice, or as I like to say, the inner parent.
