Mark Bailey, D.O., PhD, FACN is a Professor of Neurology and Anesthesiology, University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). Dr. Bailey has a PhD in Anatomy from the University of Mississippi. Ā He trained at the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific and afterwards at UAB. Ā He was in private practice for 14 years and for the past 10 years has practiced medical pain management at UAB.
