Module 1: The Healing 312+8 Qigong Program Introduction (May 3)

Module 2: 8 Cycles Movements (Cycles 2 & 3) and Dynamic Squatting to Activate All Meridians (May 10)
Dynamic squatting has positive effects on your muscles, joints, and internal organs while also stimulating all 14 meridians in your body.

Module 4: Neiguan Hegu (Inner Gate) & 8 Cycles Movements to Relax Your Body, Mind, & Spirit (6) (May 24)
You’ll learn this week how to use the acupressure point Neiguan, as well as its meridian and therapeutic effects.
Neiguan is a component of the pericardium, which opens and relaxes the chest and is in close proximity to the heart, lungs, and thoracic cavity. In Qigong, Neiguan massage may treat a variety of conditions, including breast illnesses, heart disorders, lung diseases, palm heat, elbow and arm discomfort, and more.

Water is clear and pristine like a mountain stream when it is flowing freely. You’re safe to consume this water. It tastes great and is mineral-rich. The water would turn murky and invite sickness if the flow was halted and it became stagnant.
Similar to how your inside organs receive this radiant power when Qi runs smoothly throughout your body and feel nourished and fulfilled. You feel terrific when your internal organs are healthy.
This feeling will come over you when you perform all of the practices of the 8 Cycles Movement in the Flow Like Water sequence.
