As with many things in the law, -ĀĆĀĀĆĀĀŗreasonable accommodation-ĀĆĀĀù under the Americans with Disability Act is largely undefined and vague. Ā HR professionals must provide a reasonable accommodation but what is a reasonable accommodation? Ā And HR professionals must engage in an interactive process but what does that mean? Ā This presentation will provide much needed clarity to both questions and present attendees with clear and well-defined processes, procedures and policies to avoid running afoul of the ADA reasonable accommodation requirements.
