Movement Rx is a dynamic vinyasa series designed to open up your body through flexibility and mobility work. When it comes to mobility, it’s move it or lose it – a lack of movement can cause fascial adhesions that restrict your range of motion over time. Movement Rx is designed to break those adhesions and release tension through five targeted classes that blend creative and challenging transitions, binds, balances, core work, and inversions. By breaking you out of your normal movement patterns, you’ll find a greater range of motion and a new sense of freedom in your body.

Find freedom in your body with Mobility Rx. This series combines strength and flexibility training to improve your mobility and increase your range of motion. Strength and flexibility should go hand in hand – an imbalance in either area could limit your strength gains and lead to injuries down the line. When you fuse the two practices, you’ll create a more balanced, synergistic workout.
You’ll move through five short, targeted classes to release fascial adhesions in your body. Each practice is paired with a movement breakdown class to help you modify each pose. Prepare to release tension, create space, and liberate your movement.
