Currently many healthcare organizations provide telephonic comprehensive medication management (CMM) services to the Medicare population. However, providing such services to a commercial population is novel. This roundtable presentation and discussion that will provide insights for CMM services via the telephone to a commercial population.

- Compare the differences in providing CMM services via telephone vs. face-to-face
- Discuss payment models and billing opportunities for commercial health plans
- Identify subpopulations that would most benefit from CMM services
- Review methods to communicate recommendations and care plans with patients and providers 5. Examine differences in flexibility of providing CMM services to a commercial population (i.e. follow-up, documentation)

Caitlin Frail, PharmD, MS, BCACP is an Associate Professor in the department of Pharmaceutical Care and Health Systems at the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy Twin Cities. She serves as course director for Introductory and Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experiences in Community Pharmacy and is interested in new ways of precepting in virtual care.

MOBE
Kristine is a 2018 graduate from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Pharmacy. She completed an ambulatory care focused PGY1 residency through the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy with Walgreens and Bethesda Family Medicine Clinic. Upon completion of her residency, Kristine continued working for Walgreens performing medication therapy management at the regional office and working as a specialty pharmacist throughout the Twin Cities. As of January 2020, Kristine has joined the MOBE team as a clinical pharmacist providing patients with telephonic comprehensive medication management services.
