• Utilizing a risk score calculator to categorize patient risk for QT interval prolongation
• Describing monitoring recommendations for patients at risk for QT interval prolongation

Crystal David, PharmD, BCPS earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska in 2013. Following graduation, Dr. David performed her ambulatory care pharmacy residency at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Board certified in pharmacology with an emphasis in family medicine, Hepatitis C, diabetes, ambulatory care and transitions of care, she has been a clinical pharmacist at OU’s Health Science Center, Cherokee Nation Health System, and the Oklahoma State University Medical Center. Along with being OSU Medical Center’s clinical pharmacist, Dr. David is a clinical assistant professor.
