Thank you for investing in “Fighting Foundation”! This course is designed to build your
athletic base to become a strong fighter. In each workout you will perform a series of quick
cardio, bodyweight exercises, along with beginner stances, punches, and kicks taken from
Kung Fu.
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM FIGHTING FOUNDATION:
You train the basics of Kung Fu while also burning extra fat and flab. These workouts are
short and intense, lasting only 15 minutes. We wanted to make them as efficient as possible.
After the first week of doing these workouts, you will start to see improvements in your
strength, balance, agility, and stamina. Your punches will have more power, your kicks will
have more control, and your overall fight coordination will feel better.
It’s important to perform these exercises consistently. Perform these workouts 5 days a week
for the best results. Your goal is to perform these workouts 5 days in a row then take two days
off for rest.
Below is an example of a 1 week schedule. Feel free to repeat this week of training over and
over again. Training the basics and foundation are always good to do no matter what level
you reach.
