Observe a demonstration by Suzanne for enhancing the calm within, filling the kidney energy, and relaxing the adrenals — you’ll need to bring one of the following items to class this week in order to participate: a warm herbal wrap or heating pad, a hot water bottle, or a cold laser
Module 2: Develop Inner Strength & Resilience to Experience Greater Clarity & Calm Empowerment (October 29)
In the first week, you learned how to regulate your nervous system and switch from sympathetic to parasympathetic — from fight/flight/freeze to a more relaxed, regulated state.
From this more regulated state, you can now begin the inner work. It’s time to learn how to tune in to the rich inner landscape of your body, developing your inner strength and resilience.

Module 3: Explore How Awareness & Curiosity Fuel Your Spiritual Awakening & Self-Empowerment & Enhance Problem-Solving (November 12)
Discover the power of awareness and curiosity — and how these pivotal attributes work together for your spiritual awakening and empowerment.
This begins with deepening your awareness of your inner landscape and its relationship to the world around you. You’ll move on to curiosity and how this attribute allows you to frame your experiences — both positive and negative — in a way that furthers exploration, creativity, and effective problem-solving.
In this session, you’ll explore:
The first two attributes of soul embodiment — and how you can work with them to increase clarity and calm
How to step into each of these attributes to fuel your awakening
How to harness the attribute of awareness — of self, others, and the environment around you
The power of curiosity and its partnership with creativity
Practices that allow you to drop more deeply into your place of calm centeredness using these attributes
Module 4: Transform Limiting Beliefs to Regain Trust in Your Instincts & Ability to Discern the Truth (November 19)
Here, we investigate and dive deeper into the attribute of trust. This resonates deeply in today’s world because of the sense of confusion and anxiety about what is real.
Explore the deeper question of how you can build a more refined sense of trust in the Universe that will support you in navigating your environment and utilizing your integrated instincts.
This will help you better discern what is right for you in each moment — and what direction is best for you.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) and social media are bombarding us with “facts” and issues that may leave us less capable of accessing and trusting our own gut instincts.

Through these states, you can experience a higher level of awareness that calms your nervous system, turns on your creativity, and enables you to be who you are at a soul level.

Module 6: Allow Gratitude to Blossom & Reveal Its Deeper Gifts — Even During Times of Challenge & Uncertainty (December 3)
After an experience or phase of life that has been very, very challenging, you can often find yourself exhausted and empty-hearted.
These are natural consequences to life’s challenges, but they can cause you to become ungrateful — and miss the opportunity for gratitude on the other side of a difficult time.
In this module, you’ll unpack all the different ways you can be challenged and the many places where gratitude appears and blossoms if you know how to recognize and nurture it.
In this session, you’ll discover:
Gratitude’s relationship to full-hearted living and states of heart
“Deep heart” and “front heart” — their differences and how they work together
The power of a healthy belly — and heart connection
That the antidote to exhaustion is whole-hearted living with gratitude
The interconnections between gratitude, love, and forgiveness
Be guided in a Heart Breathing meditation to receive joy and gratitude while exhaling what is no longer needed
Module 7: Activate Your Internal GPS to Remain Focused & Calm and Stay the Course With Your Deepest Soul Inspiration (December 10)
Over the past 6 modules, Suzanne shared a number of practices and steps you can take to become embodied, more grounded, steady, and more resilient.
In this final session, you’ll explore how to stay the course — remembering what is yours to do, when to shift, when to remain steady, and how to do so.
Allowing your internal GPS to guide you — the six wisdom areas of the body — can positively inform each moment of your life and your most important decisions.
