Shelly Myers, DO is a board-certified family medicine physician. She earned her B.S. at Northern Arizona University, completed medical school at Midwestern University Arizona College of Medicine, and finished her residency at Honor Health Osborn. She specializes in hospice and palliative care, currently working with Hospice of the Valley in Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. Myers leads an inpatient hospice unit and performs house calls to homebound hospice patients living in the community.
