What’s an Energy Exercise Class?

You’re comfortably seated, or if you prefer lying down. You’ll be guided through a series of energy exercises which begin to build a very different set of energetic muscles – those that create and generate more possibilities of how you would like your life, your body, your finances and your relationships to be. It’s not creative visualisation, it’s not using your mind or imagination. I use the tools of Access Consciousness, and my own take on meditation developed over the past 36 years.

At first it seems a little bit like a guided relaxation or meditation. Anyone can do it, and it’s not hard. You don’t have to be a meditator. If you have -˜busy brain’ then this is made for you! Then we will be doing some completely new energy processes that have only come about in the last few months – and they are truly the most explosive, exciting and transformative things I have ever experienced.

This isn’t brain washing, positive thinking or meditation as such. It’s a deeply potent and effective way to create change fast.
