SCOTT SONNON, Master Coach and Person Trainer in physical culture and
martial art, Distinguished Master of Sports and International Champion
in one of the most challenging forms of hand to hand combat, Russian
Sambo, learned first hand by traveling and fighting across the former
Soviet Union. After years of trials, Scott was accepted as the first
foreigner to venture past the Iron Curtain, where he worked with the
Russian Olympic and military Special Forces trainers to uncover their
method of health and fitness.After his “Russian studies,” Scott
was urged to “Americanize” his Russian training experience. To do this,
he assembled a a team of sport psychologists, professional strength and
conditioning coaches, chiropractors and stress physiologists among
