The instructor of a seminar I took a few years ago encouraged us to envision a visitor on the last day of the class—a visitor with a very significant message for each of us, a message that would have profound personal significance.
I pictured a pleasant guest, and what he said nearly made me pass out. I had such a great, serene, and self-assured feeling.
We were split into the blues and the reds groups by the teacher. While the reds approached us one by one and softly spoke their secret words, the blues all stood motionless with our eyes closed.
The individuals were honest, the voices were sympathetic, and the words were profound. My eyes started to cry. My entire body was filled with warmth and excitement. I experienced a serenity unlike anything else I had ever known in my entire life, together with fire and excitement.

Deep meditation was used by Paul to help our friends craft personal statements that were just as significant to them as the ones we did at the session I attended.
At “Mr. Mikey,” a foam head with $4,000 microphones for ears, he then guided each participant individually. With stereo headphones on, the result is a three-dimensional, authentic sound that is wonderful.
