Your Instructors
Laura Wood is the creator of & She Moves, a Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga and Pilates program offering women classes, personal sessions and workshops. Laura specializes in core and pelvic floor retraining and is a Bellies Inc Core Confidence Specialist. Laura has been teaching and working – mamas for over 12 years in the Toronto area and the mother of two wonderfully energetic boys.
Dara Bergeron Ā is the head trainer and founder of Belly Bootcamp. Dara has been offering personal sessions and classes to mamas in the Toronto area for over 8 years and draws on her experience as a Precision Nutrition coach – her 18 years of experience to bring her clients the best experience possible. Dara is the mother of 3 wildly adorable kids!
