What are Online Classes?

Online Classes are follow-along style workouts filmed at the GB Master Affiliate, Awaken Gymnastics Inspired Fitness and taught by Orench and his top instructors. Each week we will post new classes and you can either do them as they come out or browse the video library to do your favorite workouts again. In essence you can become a virtual student of GymnasticBodies.

How long is an Online Class?

We will offer options for 45 minute and 30 minute workouts.

How are Online Classes different from GB Courses?

Online Classes are meant to be an easy and basic introduction to Handstands and GST. Since they are follow-along workouts there is no individualized programming like with the courses.
