Taiji Intricacies: Volume One Yang Cheng-fu FormHere, Erle Montaigue shows the Yang Cheng-fu Form at its second highest level.
The “opening and closing” of each posture is shown.
This very advanced way of performing the medium frame Taiji form is your introduction to the highest level of “Hao Ch’uan” or Loose Boxing.
Hao Ch’uan was the name given to Taijiquan before it was changed to Taijiquan late 19th Century.
This is the first step after learning the basic form and will take you on to much higher levels of training.
MTG21 is also an excellent way of learning and taking you into the higher levels.
My NOTE: This is Level 4 (as Erle Say) or Level 2nd after you Learn the Basic Yang Cheng Fu Form.
During my Training I learned lot of stuff that is very similar to what Erle teaches in this Video…
It might look funny or odd when you first watch it…but from experience I can say, it’s the real deal.
If I am right, then Taiji To the Max (cheng Fu Series) is more advanced version.
This can be called Intermediate Version of the form Basic Cheng Fu
