This five-day course includes 22 interwoven lessons that clarify in intriguing and compelling ways the functional dynamics of standing upright and walking. The course participants included many practitioners and long time students of ATM thus creating a fertile environment for a high level of investigation and inspiration.

We are pleased to announce the second Mid-Summer Dream ATM Intensive taught by Dennis Leri and Carol Kress. The five-day course included 2 complementary series of Awareness Through Movement lessons — The Highest Point of the Hip Joint series and the Toes, Sole & Swinging Legs series. The 22 interwoven lessons clarify in intriguing and compelling ways the functional dynamics of standing upright and walking. They are direct introductions to Moshe Feldenkrais’s idea of biologically rooted embodied expressions of self and self-imaging. Praised by students in professional Feldenkrais trainings as marking a turning point in their understanding of themselves, the lessons are here available to a wider audience for the first time. Feldenkrais Trainers Dennis Leri and Carol Kress have a combined 57 years of teaching Awareness Through Movement to students both in the public and professional training venues.
