So now with that general overview of the Crunchless Core, what did I think of it? First, I want to talk about all the advantages of my purchase of the Crunchless Core. Even in Workout 1, a core training work out, I struggled to get through it. But I’m happy to say that over time I am getting stronger and it is getting easier. Disadvantages

Now for the disadvantages! With any workout bought online, I do find a huge disadvantage is you are essentially working out alone. At least with a personal trainer, you have someone to hold you accountable and push you to keep up the workout. With the Crunchless Core, unless you are doing it with someone, it is easy to skip a day if you’re tired or to give up altogether. I do find sometimes I get bored of the same routines over and over, which is a disadvantage, but I cannot lie about my results! It works!
