Are you prepared to make your workout a celebration of pleasure, body positivity, and self-assurance? Super Trainer Shaun T cranks up the excitement as he blends simple dance routines with rapid intervals done in the INSANITY® style and even resistance training with dumbbells to offer you a workout that makes you feel good and yields benefits for your entire body. You won’t have to force yourself to exercise any more; instead, you’ll eagerly anticipate waking up and working out.
How are the exercises?
For 30 days, you’ll exercise with LET’S GET UP! six days a week for 30 to 35 minutes each day. Shaun guides you through 2 dumbbell resistance workouts and 4 dancing conditioning exercises each week. Simple motions and bodyweight exercises are used in the dancing workouts to get your heart rate up and your muscles burning before Shaun increases the intensity (and your fitness level) with a few INSANITY-style intervals. The resistance exercises, which use dumbbells to help develop and increase muscle endurance while swaying to a beat, keep you smiling through the heat. Even if you have no prior dancing or exercise experience, you may still complete this program since each session includes a modifier who teaches simpler versions of the techniques. Shaun created LET’S GET UP! so that you may select your own path in order to keep it exciting: Use the included 30-day calender or choose any exercise in any order.
