With more than 25 years of experience as a practicing Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon, teacher and mentor, I know the challenges faced in the rapidly changing health care industry. I have practiced in a variety of settings and trained medical students and residents for more than 13 years. Currently, I use my experience and insight to help others enhance their practice, develop their career and get to the next level professionally and personally. Transition to active practice, on-boarding of new practitioners to a healthcare system and well being of the practitioner are areas of special expertise and interest. As an executive coach and consultant, I help young practitioners take the lead in their career development and help seasoned practitioners improve their practice and work environment.
I attended medical school at the University of New Mexico and my residency and fellowship training at Case Western Reserve and the State University of New York at Stony Brook. I have practiced in New York, Florida and Oregon.
